Teams will be registered by the captain who pays the team fee. Players in the SCPL must hold a CSA Adult Player Membership. Each player registers individually for this fee. Details on the CSA Adult Player Membership are below.
CSA Adult Player Membership- $35 per year. – Includes:
- FREE CSA organized outdoor “pick-up” in Spring/Summer & Fall.
- Winter pick-up-, if a facility is available, may require an additional fee for facility rental.
- Insurance to play in all CSA Adult leagues & programs- Adult Rec, SCPL, & CSA organized pick-up
- Invitation to special CSA club events
- This is a “one-time” per year fee

League is for players that are currently playing at a high level. This will be a competitive league. Scores will be kept and a champion named at the end of the season. Individuals are responsible for forming their own teams or joining an existing squad. If you don't have a team, email the commissioners and they will put you in touch with other interested players (see 'how to join' below) Additional teams will be formed as we have enough players and/or players can be added to current teams as needed. League plays once a week on Sunday evenings. Teams are expected to provide their own uniforms.
The main goal of this league is to provide a competitive arena for players to enjoy the game of soccer. Common sense should play a major role in each player’s attitude towards officials, opponents, and teammates.
How to join
Unlike other CSA Adult programming individuals are not placed on teams automatically. Teams are preformed and then join the league.
- FOR TEAMS: If you have a team you would like to enter in to the league please register and click 'new team'. If you do not see such an option, that means we have reached the maximum number of teams for the season - 8 teams.
- FOR INDIVIDUALS: If you are an individual who would like to play then please express interest by contacting the current team captains or reach out to the League Commissioner. Signing up to play does not get you placed on a team in this league. If you do not get placed on a team CSA will be happy to move you to our Adult Rec Program until a place on a team opens up.

SCPL Summer Scramble-
Competitive Summer Adult Soccer in State College!!
Day of the Week: Tuesday & Thursday evenings
Summer Season: June-July
Time: Evening, 7pm kickoffs
Location: Fogleman Field
The SCPL Summer Scramble is based on the very competitive State College Premier League. All players register INDIVIDUALLY as a FREE AGENTS when prompted. The league will make the teams. You can register with a friend if both put down each others name. New players should have competitive soccer experience. Registration will close quickly as soon as we get the maximum number of players.
The SCPL Summer Scramble starts at the end of June. Games will be played Tuesday and Thursday evenings with 7pm kickoffs. If necessary, make up games will occur, and only if necessary to complete the season before August 1, on Monday & Wed evenings, and/or Saturday mornings as determined by the league commissioner.
League format: 8v8, on a approx 50x80 field, using the SCPL rules. 30 minute halves. No offsides. No slide tackling.
The league is coed and limited to 4 teams, 12 player minimum, 15 player max. The last 2 matches will be a semi and a final with a champion crowned.
Primary field location: Fogleman Field Complex (217 Scholl St, State College, PA- behind Spring Creek Elementary School)
